What is the WTS Converter?

The Wire Test Set Converter or WTS Converter was created under the AWTS contract as a software utility to convert the old WTS test files into AWTS test files.

Problem – Legacy equipment (WTS) has test program sets that are still in use.

Solution – Design a converter that converts WTS programs to AWTS programs.
