ESATS

The Electrical Sub-Assembly Test Set (ESATS) MIL-T-28800D, Type 2, Class 3, Style C Qualified 500 VDC is a versatile automatic circuit analyzer used to test relay panels, control panels, and other components ranging from simple assemblies to complex assemblies. ESATS functions in a wide variety of operating environments from production shops and repair facilities to onboard ships, and field operations.

Each ESATS comes with 488 available test points with several test capabilities, including resistance measurements, 4-wire Kelvin resistance measurements, alternating current (ac) and direct current (dc) voltage measurements and capacitance measurements. The ESATS can perform in-line energization of such components as relays, light emitting diodes (LEDs) and components with built-in programmable AC and DC power supplies.

ESATS consists of a rack assembly mounted in a rugged cabinet assembly. The cabinet assembly provides a sealed enclosure for protection from environmental, shipping, and handling damage. The removable front and back covers provide stowage space for the alignment tool assembly, the probe assembly and the power/data cables. A relief valve mounted on the side of the cabinet assembly relieves shipping pressure inside the cabinet assembly.
