What is the CB-ATFG?

The CB-ATFG or Circuit Breaker Automated Test File Generator or Circuit Breaker ATFG is a program that can generate ETL test programs to test a particular circuit breaker panel using the Load Bank (PL100i or ELM). One function of the CB-ATFG program is to define a type of circuit breaker panel, specifying the type and position of circuit breakers in the panel. A second function of the CB-ATFG program is to create an ETL test program for a circuit breaker panel type. A third function of the CB-ATFG program is to create a basic Circuit Breaker Repair Action Utility (CB-RAU) file for a circuit breaker panel type. The CB-RAU program is described in a separate document.

Use the CB-ATFG to define a type of circuit breaker, create a test program for the circuit breaker and create a CB-RAU file.

Solution – Develop an application that a technician may use to develop circuit breaker test programs for use in ELITE.
