What is the ATFG?

Use the ATFG to enter the circuit specification for a Unit Under Test (UUT) and to generate the corresponding test program (and related files) for an Eclypse Analyzer controlled by ELITE. Data entry and review is performed with the common parts of the ATFG; test generation is performed by ATFG plugins, which may vary in different deliveries of the program.
